ADMISSION PROCEDURE

On payment of the prescribed amount, prospectus and application form for admission can be obtained from the administrative office of this institution at KTES Campus Chettiparambu, Irinjalakuda -68021. It can also be procured by sending the prescribed amount by DD / MO, with correct name and address of the sender. The prospectus and application form shall be read and understood carefully before filling the application form. The filled in application form shall be submitted to the Principal, KTES Campus Chettiparambu, Irinjalakuda -68021, on or before the prescribed date and time.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

1. Three attested copies of the Xth class (first page containing date of birth and page with marks secured by the applicant), PDC / +2 / B. Sc. / BA / B.Com / any other certificate (s) showing additional qualification(s).

2. One attested copy of conduct certificate, obtained from the institution where the applicant studied previously.

3. One attested copy each of any other certificate(s), showing any additional qualification(s) the applicant possesses. (This includes extra-curricular activities also)

4. One attested copy each of the caste certificate, in case of applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Other Eligible Community.

5. Three attested copies of Aadhar.

MODE OF SELECTION

All applicants, who have submitted applications with all necessary enclosures, without any mistake or omission and possess the minimum required qualification(s), will be called for preliminary interview in the company of their parent or guardian, with the Selection Board. The applicants who are in the Preliminary Selection List will be called for final interview in the company of their parent or guardian and local guardian. Candidates selected in the final interview shall be given admission to the trade / course to which he / she is selected, on remittance of the prescribed fees. Originals of all Certificates shall be submitted to the Principal, at the time of admission.

Admission fee, first installment of tuition fee, special fee, caution deposit and any other fees prescribed in the fee schedule shall be remitted at the time of admission.
