At KTES Pvt ITI, we believe that quality training should lead to meaningful employment. Our Placement Support Cell assists students in building successful careers by connecting them with employment opportunities in leading industries across India and abroad.

Students receive comprehensive career guidance, personality development, interview preparation, resume building, communication skills training, and workplace discipline training to meet industry expectations. Special emphasis is given to practical knowledge, safety standards, and technical competency to improve employability.

Regular campus interviews, industry interactions, skill assessment programs, and trade test preparation sessions are organized to help students confidently face recruitment processes. Guidance is also provided for technical trade tests conducted by manufacturing companies, construction firms, engineering industries, and overseas employers.
